  1. 50 overs is hard work ? give me a break – there are local teams 1st,2nd and 3rd X1 teams that play every saturday and sunday – alot of them between the ages of 25-50 for at least 40-50 overs – and don't complain – hard work my backside ? for elite athletes being paid really well to represent their country – AND IT's A F*******G GAME, no one is shovelling coal or looking at a computer screen or sitting at a machine – etc … – people across the country work 40-80 hours a week for much less money – paying to see this shambles . don't tell me its hard work – that's a crackpot assessment – not to mention the whole backroom staff supporting these teams – looking after their fitness and nutrition etc – most ticket paying customers or sky viewers ain't got no gym and shop at asda or Aldi.

  2. Arrogance comes when you win 😂 , this is not arrogance this is excuse (people started giving excuses in different way that doesn't looks like excuse to home fans)

  3. I really hope ODI doesn’t eventually fizzle out because I reckon the ODI World Cup is the best ICC trophy and tournament because the more overs are played the better cricket team will win and test is the best format with the WTC season so far being pretty cool but it’s not a tournament and I feel there’s still issues getting the true winner (can’t always play final in England, can’t have teams making final without playing the best teams a good amount of times (South Africa could make finals this season while playing England, India and Aus a total of 2 times))

  4. i personally feel that there is a skill issue, even tho the current players have the right intent but they are not as skillful and talented as players like prime roy, bairstow, root, hales, stokes, morgan

  5. Harmison is wrong to say nobody's watching it. I've watched both games in the middle of the night from Japan and I'm sure I'm not the only viewer.

  6. As an Englishman, I'm falling out of love with cricket in England.

The England team are an embarassment in their arrogance.

The county scene is a joke & being shoved aside by the 100.

My membership at Warwickshire ends next season… I won't renew.

    A real shame.

  7. Bazeball work against only small teams not against big team.
Try Stamps bazeball in Pakistan where flat pitches. Try to hype more bazeball
    🙏🙏🙏

  8. You guys are giving Brook the benefit of the doubt here. Is it more likely that he "meant" to say something different, or that he said exactly what he meant, and showed us all how seriously England are taking this.

As a fan, I'm getting really tired of the extraordinary arrogance and lack of self awareness of this generation of cricketers. They're not a terribly likeable bunch.

  9. ODI is a mix of test and t20 cricket where you require application in the middle overs whether you get a good start or bad start and you need to really slog like t20 at the death overs.

  10. Good to see Harminson calling it for what it is. “Embarrassing”. Do what you do but the arrogance and i would say stupidity in some of the talk from English sides is absolutely astonishing. To keep giving rest of the world some way to make fun of you is really enjoyable from other side of the fence and should be embarrassing from within England.

  11. This hit & miss cricket is the beginning of the end of English cricket. Joe root is the last technically perfect English batsman.

  12. So how do these players expect to fair when playing test cricket, being at the crease for for over 50 overs or more, when concentration is required. In T20 they might bat for 10 overs, but to take that to over 50 overs is another kettle of fish

  13. Can someone please suggest a decent barber for the England team as well? Bleach is for cleaning the toilet.

  14. I mean how do you expect our team to perform , we are playing against an Australian team whose 8 players in 11 played in the WC final , while we are fielding a team where our number 9 (Adil Rashid) has the most career ODI runs in our whole team , if the fking ICC can manage our schedule we can play our key players + we need at least a Root , or some experience batter in our team who has game awareness. Us competing is the biggest +ve like the 2nd ODI , at least we fought , we need some of the young guys in the 11 to play like beasts if we wanna compete especially with the bat.

  15. England are in transition,. Australia are a settled team simple. Why England rested Joe Root is a mystery to me though.

Also i must have lived in a cave when harmy was playing for England, i missed all the world cups we won in that era. Give it a rest man

  16. Sad to see smithy confirming my views on cricket in NZ…just pathetic that noone these days has the patience to sit and enjoy a good test match …a good battle between a bowler and batter…they all want 2 hour basketbal and football games ..
