Man, I have nearly been in your shoes. I once shot 87 with 48 putts. One of the best tee-to-green rounds I have played, but I just could not make a stroke with the putter… Missed every putt inside 6 feet including a few 2 and 3 footers….

50%+ fairways is pretty damn good, 16/18 GIRs is insane. 18 3 putts is also insane but for the wrong reasons. Impressive stuff

Fun fact if you’re putting from off the green its not a putt, separately, if these were all on the green then your strokes to get onto the green was pretty good.

Was this a greens keeper’s revenge tournament, where they put pins in absurd places? I don’t understand how someone good enough to hit 16 greens in regulation (tour level ball striker) could be a 30 handicap level putter?

Hate to be that guy but I don’t believe this happened. 16 GIR isn’t happening unless you are a very good cat 1 golfer and if you are that good you aren’t 3 putting 18 holes.
