You missed the opportunity to do your own "thrill of victory, agony of defeat" comment.
presidents cup should be the first event of the season. it should be open to any pro golfers who want a shot, any league, any age/sex/race/gender/planet. If you played on the previous ryder cup, you aren't allowed to play on the presidents cup.
that would actually get people watching and keep things fresh.
This event and win felt more genuine without Speith, JT and Rickie on the team where the last team was formed by cliques and favoritism. With that issue hanging over their heads, it seemed like it was an underlying distraction and every time they failed, it was more scrutinized. The hat issue was another distraction. This week was drama free within the team which allowed them to play more free.
Lastly, Matt asked why is it so lopsided when you have the best players in the world playing, but that’s false because the Liv players are not included from both sides.
