I actually don’t love the board he uses, I have better slide boards that rotate on the ground. I’ve trained with those personally for 5 or 6 years as well as the rotational athletes I train. We also use water bags to train myofascia, and deceleration. Some conventional lifting but not a high volume with mu baseball kids. Mostly low box squats, weighted jumps, rows, dumbbells stuff and band work.
And an actual 320+ yard drive, over the cart path at the end of the range.
