I recently purchased a Mevo plus from Facebook marketplace after seeing good reviews and wanting to build a simulator in my garage. I just finished setting up the simulator (excuse the mess) and it seems like the distances are off. It seems the max distance it is showing inside is roughly 150 yards. I took to the driving range and it seemed more accurate but the main reason for my purchase was for the simulator. Is there anything I need to do to get the distances more accurate? I have thought about selling and getting something different but want to exhaust this option first. The current set up has the ball 8 feet from the simulator to the mat and 11 1/2 feet mat to screen. I have only used regular golf balls at this point. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try setting the Mevo on the ground instead of on that small mat. You can then adjust the tee height in the settings.
