Always been interested in more mobility workouts since joining this sport. I’m curious how much was this session? I know there are facilities out there that are quite pricey.

How often should you do this workout?
This is great info, although I dread trying these exercises as I am similarly inflexible.
I did these right along with you as I was getting ready for a workout anyway. I have found out I'm more flexible than you. However, that 2nd exercise was a beast and that last one is a killer…now onto my regular workout
