Work on your balance. You should be posted on your left leg, not falling back and behind.

It looks like you’re casting(losing angle between your arms and shaft in downswing). Film from the front side to confirm, and my assumption is correct, youtube “how to create more lag golf swing”. This is probably going to be game changer for u.

The reverse weight shift is way too obvious to ignore. Practice swinging like a baseball player to get the idea of pushing off on your right foot.

If your weight is on your trail side after impact, that usually means you are getting stuck on your down swing(not able to get your hands/club into the slot) which cause you to cast or flip at the ball in order to make contact. There are plenty of videos on YouTube about this issue, but nothing beats direct feedback from a coach.

Relax before your swing. Be loose

I think you should try and swing a little harder. Too much balance in this swing

2 things. Work on your balance. Slow down and hold your position
Also get rid of that weird pre shot routine. Put the club down and swing. No need for more mental thinking time
