Got my first Eagle on a par 5

18 Birdies lists it as a 490 yard hole, but my drive was around 220 center fairway and the app said I had 195 to the green. 5 wood off the deck up hill, knew it rolled on but couldn't see where. Walking up the hill with anticipation and I see it 3 feet away from the hole. I've never taken longer to line up a 3 footer and sunk it.

    Nice eagle!

I’m pretty sure 18Birdies always gives you the length of the hole from the tips, even when you enter the tees your playing from.

How scared were you when making that short put? lol I’d be shitting myself. Congrats.

Technically you covered 412yds. That’s quite a discrepancy with the 490yd listing. That’s really more of a par 4 distance than a par 5. That’s not on you by any stretch, you play the hole that’s in front of you. Still a well played hole either way!

NICE! My eagles have always been hole outs (though never a Par 3… so far…).

Way to go on getting one in regulation!

Way to capitalize on that short par 5. That’s definitely a par 4 yardage tho.

No one on this sub can make a putt that long…

  7. I love that the second photo looks like you are actively trying to show some leg lol

Congrats. A driver-5w-putt eagle seems fair, distance wise.
