In this weeks golf video golf tip, Australian PGA Professional, Brian Fitzgerald “The Golf Doctor” shows you how to use both hands in a golf swing. Although both hands get used and they work together they do act differently. In this video you will learn how each hand gets used and how to put them together in the golf swing correctly releasing your hands. Correct hand use is often misunderstood the left hand works differently to the right hand in the golf swing.
The left hand throws the Frisbee and the right hand hits a tennis fore hand. Put them together and you have the correct hand release.
