While watching @IceBergTV talking about @gannonbuhr2005 Showing @BodanzaDiscGolf a different way to angle the disc while in the reach back something clicked! In this video I’m going to attempt to throw like Gannon is suggesting and see if it helps with easier distance. I’ve tried this out even after this video and I’m happy to say that it does feel like I’m getting more distance and easier pulls. Disc golf is one of those games that you want to play as long as possible so eliminating any resistance in the throw not only increases arm speed but helps keep you playing longer and pain free.(not a doctor) I can definitely feel the difference with this new reach back angle and I will be implementing this in future training sessions.

I must have missed that vid but good info! Reminds me of that robbie c vid about 10 days ago. "Road to 450 starts w the elbow". Did you happen to see that one? He pointed out something I tend to do and didn't know it. Going for 350+, there was always a 50/50 chance i would throw nose up. I would drop my elbow and pronate my hand, causing it. I think he said Overthrow did a video on it. Winning the arm wrestle, i think. I've been sick as well. I gotta give it all a try together. Cool video man, hope you're feeling better. I think I finally am, and I'm getting out for a round tomorrow

It’s not so much about snap but keeping your nose down, elbow up and making the disc in a better angle to stay in the power pocket. After you get through the pocket you are spinning your wrist(turning the key). Overthrow did a great video on this less than a week ago
