The transition is by far the HARDEST part of any golfers golf swing..UNTILL now! This is by far the hardest part of the golf swing but I have created a really easy way to understand this! I havew broken it down into two functions…What does the body do? What do the arms do? Get this right and dramatically reduce bad swings out on the golf course!

Used to really love your content but Eric Cogorno just did this same video 3 days ago. And several others before that. Your video titles are starting to get a little deceiving. This is a game changer. I have been using this for awhile now. But you can't say that nobody talks about this when so many do. Look at Eric Cogorno like I said about 3 days ago.
These are some next level golf tips, thanks.
Great visual aid Alex!
I love your analogies. A clock? Brilliant. I’ll be trying to implement it in the stuff you told me in my lesson!! Looking forward to our next one!
This is maybe your best drill! So, 4pm position, side bend and rotation combined should be my mantra from now on!
so simple yet I would never of thought of something like this, I've got a round tomorrow so ill be jumping on the driving range before hand to give this a practice =] break 90 here I come =]
Nice job! Andrew Emery taught this move a few days ago in a slightly different approach https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAch-PXO4mg&list=FLABnPMDXvJO5iQ6z0hL3msA&index=5
Enjoy all your videos!
Brilliant drill well explained. Thanks alex
Excellent thread Alex 👍
Isn't this a more complete description of the Ben Hogan elbow?
Wow!!!! I put an alignment stick at 4:00 and practiced several swings throwing the club toward it on the way down. Compression!!! I now realize I was always a 3:00 swinger. Never had a clue. Thank you, Alex!!!
Ive heard some of the guys say they hit from the 4 30 line, that would be more inside wouldn't it,thanks.
Do you do this for your driver, woods, hybrids, and irons? Isn’t this similar to your video about never needing another iron lesson.
I love how you give unique player perspective views that really hit home. Throw out to 4 o’clock is a great thought.
As always a great job!
Seriously great video! I've seen the Jake Hutt "throw the club to 4 o'clock video", but you explained how at 1:50. So the key is some ulnar deviation and some flexion at the start of the downswing. Excellent. People say "bow the left wrist" at the start of the downswing", but this make much more sense, and also explains why. Thank you!
This video is one of your best Alex! I like the idea of throwing the club to the four o'clock position and turning! I'm naturally an in to out swinger, so this should work well for me! Well Done Alex!
Brilliant! Thanks😊
Thank you very much, excellent explanation 👌
