Before u completely finish your backswing, u need to transition forward towards target, put pressure onto your left foot, and push off to create hip turn. This is key move u definitely need in your swing. Go to youtube and search pressure shift golf swing.

    Whew! Okay:

Swing rating: 32/100- as in, she’s still young, but probably shoots 100.

First off: not as limber as we used to be- stance width looks pretty good for the club in hand, but go ahead and open that lead foot TO the target- this will help with swinging through the ball, completing rotation, and maintaining balance. This will also shorten/ add tension on the backswing, so beware- but, 3/4 length and full send will help with accuracy. Core strength is still solid enough to handle it.

Secondly: back swing is a little flat, club face is a taaaaad closed. Fix both of these with one motion: rotate left arm clockwise (think thumb at 12:00 at address, rotate until thumb is at 3:00 at top of swing. Turn shoulders, bring hands straight up.

Tertiary: At address, with the woods/ drivers (all I can see, haven’t seen irons or wedges), set up with head BEHIND ball. Tilt from WAIST (weight distribution is good with lower body) to the right- and raise chin as high as possible without straining eyes to see the ball (if they aren’t already😉). Raised chin, allows shoulder uninhibited rotation. Upper body tilted to right with head behind ball stops the needed motion to raise and dip throughout the swing. Post up on that left leg and blast it! If not physically capable, due to old injuries/ lack of strength/ etc., ignore. Not there to actually evaluate physical capabilities.

Finally, keep swinging. So nice to see a gal not only make a move through the ball, but undoubtedly have a swing worthy of club championships. One day, when I grow up, I will hit the ball as you do. Jesting aside, hope that helps. Recommended to practice the setup first until it’s routine (left foot flared, upper body tilt, head position), THEN get that arm movement and come back for more. Small steps. Focused practice. One or two things at a time- keep your swing, build the confidence, then the changes won’t mess everything up.

Hold the ground with your front foot.
