  1. 12:51 this was the exact problem that I had this week. Fortunate it was only 3 holes until I was able to diagnose and correct it on course. Ended up shooting 83, but it could have been a lot worse

  2. Great video again Marcus. Is the movement onto the trail forefoot similar to the old instruction (American) of ‘squishing the bug’ under the forefoot as you rotate forward?

  3. Always found your early videos easy to watch because of the simple exercises you showed different players. Your hip exercise for Foz looks like a return to keeping it simple without too many toys to bounce off. Always an enjoyable watch.

  4. Recently rec'd GRFI system. On course have hit some good irons feeling this torque. Have not with driver and resort to swinging arms hard with drop and pop to not hook. Will try the ball under back foot. Far from having tried everything in the 2 hours of video. Perhaps trail foot on inf. board perpendicular? The walking motion with the air cushion (only have 1)?.

Like the pressure traces…trying to feel the direct line as the efficiency is so much better…ball just goes with what feels like so much less effort.

  5. Interesting trail foot action. I saw a video of Lilia Vu with this action. Explains her great hip action and where it comes from.
