yes his swing is not great. pretty bad for a 9 hcap. but he will make 18 pars in a row at some point bc the courses and tees he chooses to play are so ridiculously short
It’s gonna be a while. My buddy is a scratch golfer and he’s done it once. He’s gone under par a bunch but with bogeys etc. only one did he go wire to wire with pars.

I’d say it would be near impossible at your current handicap. I think you need to focus on your swing before you can actually do that.
