This drill is great for backswing , helps stay connected and make sure you’re not taking it back too far. however let it drop ont he follow through, it’s making you chicken wing your left elbow which is bad. Gotta let the arms extend on follow thru and make sure not to chicken wing. Hope this helps 👍
