if your ucl "falls off" the ulna or humerus it is still TORN. A tommy john surgery takes a tendon or ligament from another part of the body to reattach the arm. so both can be true that he tore his ucl and did not get tommy john

Mark Prior has been running amok with their arms ever since he took over for Honeycutt. He should've been fired a year or 2 ago.
I'm convinced if the Dodgers don't have the injuries to Glassnow, i feel that the team should win the WS. With only Yoshi and Flaherty as #1 and #2 in rotation, that's not enough because Kershaw, Bueler, Miller, and others suck and unreliable.
It's like the Dodgers are enjoying the karma for doing Bauer dirty.

I see it at the high school level where I used to coach and now umpire. We have kids throwing at upper 80's to 100 mph and in my league a 30 second count down clock between pitches and 45 between batters. The elbows are not healing or getting enough rest between pitches.

It’s been a long season as far as the health of the team especially with pitching but injuries are part of the game so no excuses. Like the old saying goes “you live by the sword and you die by the sword” in LA it’s championship or bust!
My theory is that the Dodgers pitching is cursed. They didn't stand behind their pitcher, Trevor Bauer, and the Baseball Gods said :Uh huh, We got something for ya". I posted on Twitter that it seems every year the Dodgers start the season with too many starting pitchers, and end with none.

It was crazy to me that Glasnow got paid while Snell had to take a short term deal. Snell did do it to himself but if the Dodgers really wanted to win, Glasnow was always a risk.

Every dodger fan is concerned right now, but before 3 days ago I thought to myself that Walker buehler will dominate in his final starts, he is made for these clutch moments. I did have concern as pitched against the braves next and is coming off a bad start. However aside from the 3rd inning, he dominated. If my prediction is correct, we will have Flahtery, Yamamoto, Buehler, and maybe Gonslin. Those 3 aces, and Gonslin as a thrown in is just enough starting pitchers you need. Realistically if you have 2 aces in the postseason you will make it deep.

As a fan of the dodgers, I’m fully expecting a first round exit. We have 2 good pitchers right now and the guys we have been putting out there ooof. Offense if they wake up could be the leading force but you can’t win playoff games with just offense.

I feel bad for Buehler, because he's obviously not that bad, but because he's one of the few they're dragging out every game, he's either pretty good or just straight up gives up a football score. What's worse is that they're clearly saving their energy for the playoffs but throwing their lower end players under the bus to do so (with the exception of yesterday's game).
