We were in the presence of footballing royalty in The Square Ball studios this week as Lee and Dave were joined by Monaghan’s greatest ever footballer, Conor McManus.
After unapologetically fanboying Conor for several minutes in studio, Lee and Dave dived deep into his career from bursting onto the scene at wing back to managing an injury at a young age, as well as his favourite moments from his career, representing Ireland and whether retirement is on the cards this year.
The Square Ball is a new weekly Gaelic Games show, powered by William Hill.

Lads every week ye seem to nearly have the same quality of guest.Loving all the episodes
Loving the episodes, keep them coming 😊
Can ye see if Kevin Cassidy would come on please, a man with a dramatic story of how he stepped away and what it was like to be in that original brilliant Donegal team
Stop interrupting your guests
The 90s? Jasus lads brush up on your facts 08-12 you had Tyrone kerry cork dublin and donegal!!
A Niall McNamee or a diarmuid connolly would be brilliant
Brilliant interview again. Conor McManus, one of the greatest to ever play the game. I thought it was brilliant the way he put the fans first and wanted to get to an All-Ireland for them above all else, so that the county could dream during the build up to an All-Ireland final.
McIntyre is painful. Stop putting lads down in terms of starts, if they'll return etc. Nauseating attitude
❤😂❤😂😂
In my opinion as regards Dublin,
I have nothing but the highest regard for Dublin and what they achieved.
But it's nice to see a change as well.
Mayo for Sam when?
Greatest respect for Conor and also Lee two legends thank you both very much for your commitments and standards of play you have given us joy and pleasure.
Go raibh mile maith agat.
Conor is wearing Mayo runners.
