Pardon the mess, but I have a fairly large 4-car garage and we only park one mid size suv (my truck remains outside). Space is 2444 and 12 ft ceilings. I would like to solve/upgrade the stairs as we use the garage a lot. I need some ideas and then I can start my golf sim build around it…well that’s what gets my wife approval lol. I was thinking of widening the stairs, built in desk-TV/monitor mounts, refrigeration and then some bench/coat rack seating/storage. Turf that side with 1515 area?
Any ideas or suggestions on where I should start would be much appreciated. Thanks!

So many possibilities
Widen the stairs and have the stair wall going all the way up to ceiling.
Build in up against that wall for refrigerator/freezer/monitor/desk/etc
Put golf bay where the refrigerators are (slightly to the left to accommodate build-ins.
Not sure of the wall at top of the landing can be moved or not.
I think you need to get at least one more fridge first
