I’m not a Carr hater, but the issue with him is not following Brees, but rather his behaviors during last year that Zach and Rod spoke about.
Carr was the difference between 7 and 10. And 9-8. It will go up again now that they are together
The reason Carr rubs us the wrong way, is not really about Drew because we loved Teddy Bridewater and Winston, it’s his lack of accountability. Like the pick 6 against the Falcons he really tried to explain that the safety wasn’t supposed to leave his assignment and make that interception!!!! WHAT???? No idiot you threw a BAD PASS!!!! Just an example of his lack of accountability!

Rod said it best… what have we done to say we'll be better than last year? We added to the strength to cover for the shortcomings that the offense will face… simple as that.
