Very cool. I use the rope by pulling one side all the way through so it is one long handle instead of both sides of the attachment. This would be better for the wrist b/c it is hard to “close” with a rope

Go light and only a few reps to get the body acclimatized. I pulled a hip flexor real good on something similar.
