I’ve spent over $2k on clubs this year. This $40, 2 decade old beauty is the best thing I’ve put in the bag.

Been looking to fill a gap around 220 yards and picked this up on a whim after playing old Big Berthas back in the day. It’s so pure. Consistent high, straight launches. Great for getting out of rough. Has an incredible sound. Might have to find the matching 3 and 5 woods now. ALL HAIL BIG BERTHA.

One of the better names in the history of club marketing.

I still have mine too – need to add it to the bag

I think that is closer to 3 decades old.

    Yup, just checked. 1995 release.

The Heaven Wood! I’ve had one in my bag for the past 25+ years… Love it!

7 woods are sick. I reckon easiest club in the bag to hit.

YES! I have one too and it’s the most reliable club I own. Absolute weapon from 185.

Yes indeed those were the bomb. Still to this day I think the original steelhead fairway woods are the best they ever put out. The hawkeye sole was great for tight lies.

I have that exact club waiting on a new shaft. Favorite club in my bag!

That’s too funny , I’m the exact same way but I have the 7 wood I use along with the 5 wood then the rest are new pxg clubs and my two callaway are the most reliable

    No Divine Nine?

Ha! I have one for sale on Marketplace!

Makes beautiful Warbird sound when you hit it pure

My home course has a pretty decent grill and they legit have the best sandwich I’ve ever had, called the War Bird👍👍

Heavenwood is literally the best club ever created. I recently got the new heavenwood Callaway is making and damn that thing is a wet dream. You can come so over the top and it’ll still go straight it’s nuts

I just spent $100 on three used TM V Steels. Getting back into golf after a few years off and those long irons aren’t as easy to hit as they used to be.

I have the 3 wood version of this and its easily the most consistent club in my bag, besides the ball scoop of course

  18. DPTphyther

Have had one of those! Love the way the sweet spot wears out ♥️

  19. SVTour07

Was just talking to a friend on the course about missing my old 7w.

I have the same club. It’s my perfect for my 210 out from the wrong fairway with a tree line in the way.. which happens a lot for some reason.

Look at the bright side. It wasn’t 2K on golf balls.

I had a Calloway strong 4 in my bag for years until some crackhead stole my clubs. Loved that club

  23. Waste_Shopping_5708

My dad has the 5 wood, I hit it better and just as long if not longer than my driver

  24. Randyfreakingmarsh

I game the 3 5 and driver, although looking to replace that

I have the Big Bertha War Bird 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and an 11. My father in law gave them to me. At first I didn’t like them. As I got better at golf I realized how amazing they are

  26. ACMilanIndy

I have that in a 3w. My most reliable club off the tee.

  27. PearlJamFanLV

I have that exact same club. I should take it out on my next round.

Our neighbors gave us one… I was so excited… pulled the head cover off….lefty. Luckily for me my wife is left handed. She tossed in the bag and off we go to the course. Par 5 with an elevated green, first swing with it ever and she parks it with 15’ of the pin

What the hell did you spend $2k on if that thing is your best club ???
