Went pretty straight. And you can find it. I’d say it’s a pretty positive swing.

Anytime you get two swings with one ball at the range is a win.

For those short greenside chips.

Working on that tap in 7i flop?

I think a new iron set might help. Since you’ve perfected these ones, you’re due for a new challenge.

One day I swear, I am going to buy a super slow motion camera, (the one used to capture bullets), and see exactly how these misses are even scientifically possible.

I hit my 7i 164 yards, two feet and 10 inches further than you.

Sounded good

Bring the left hand round a smidge and you should be perfect. If that doesn’t work it’s probably the clubs that are wrong, not you.

Keep your head still. Stop looking at the target. The ball is your target.

This is when you give your buddy a little head nod from across the fairway like it was a practice swing

This reminds me of the video where the guy teaches you how to shoot a just off the green chip in. Has a covered wedge and when he pulls of the cover it’s another cover and it’s a 4 iron which he proceeds to top on a ball and it rolls like this but just a little forward. Hilarious video that one was.

You will never perfect it hitting off mats, actually make you worse. Mats are ok for people who can hit the ball and need a quick warm up before tee off.

Years ago I competed in an open long drive competition and they had pro long drivers put on a fun demo, and one of the tricks they did was have a shortest drive contest. Ball had to move off the tee, and these huge guys took massive cuts, and the winner plopped it right off the tee, maybe 1-2″.
So this was like that.

Solid way to tap in after four putting from 20 feet.

We were all at this point. And return from time to time.

I couldn’t do that if I tried you got skills

Look at it this way, on certain lightning fast green surrounds that shot would have been absolute money to just get the ball rolling toward the hole.
carrotcakeisdelish
Great looking chip shot

Honestly, this is impressive lol

My eyes see shit, but my ears hear a well struck ball.

I know this isn’t the point of the post but when you film your swing you want to put the golfer the center of the frame, not the golf ball.

Swing easy, don’t take the club back quite as far. You see where your head moves, stop your backswing before that. Keep your head still. Watch LPGA swings and slow it down. You want to have an extra 15-20% of power that you can tap into if you need it.

Dude can play with the same ball all day.
