The 2024 US Open main draw runs from August 26 – September 8 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 144th time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Serbia’s Novak Djokovic and United States’ Coco Gauff claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles. It was Djokovic’s 24th Grand Slam title and Gauff’s first Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another spectacular tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. Questa volta Musetti non ha giocato al suo miglior livello. Di sicuro Nakashima è stato molto bravo, ma Musetti non era nella sua miglior forma. Di solito su certe palle arriva con grande anticipo, ed oggi invece era sempre in ritardo …. forse è arrivata un po di stanchezza e si ha bisogno di ricaricare le pile. Comunque complimenti a Nakashima, ha vinto meritatamente !!!
It's devasting lose from 4-0 in 4th set, with break point failed in every game, net killers for Nakashima and 3 df in a row. This match was a Nightmare for Italians like me
It would be hilarious if Nakashima becomes the most successful US male player at this tournament after all the talk and hype about the other US male players.

I watched the whole match and I had never seen Nakashima so solid both on the baseline and at the net, plus his seve was very precise. He really played as If he was top 10, congrats to him! Musetti also played incredible but he was constantly serving a 2nd serve and had to fight for every single point when on serve which ultimately made him lose.
