  1. Really great stretches. I spend too much time sat down for work, driving and watching TV/gaming. Then go on the course and it’s like I’m wearing a straight jacket. Could get away with it 10-15 years ago, but pushing 50 now 😅 Cheers. P.S. Great name Kiran, almost like mine 🤣

  2. Great video Mark and Kiran. Been doing some of these more for squash, which I play 5-6 days a week, but never do a proper golf warmup, but this has galvanized me to start for my 5 rounds a week play, where I've done the normal 90 second stretch before hitting balls! 69 year young still trying to gain some speed!
