Golf Simulator

My customer has a simulator and this…

18k square ft synthetic golf complex. 2 greens, 4 bunker, 5 tee boxes. The longest shot is 135 yards. Pretty cool!

Who the F is your customer? A tour player?!

Amazing. How long do these synthetic installations last?

I’ve been researching for my backyard (much smaller) and it sounds like 15 years on the turf and 5 years on labor.

    That’s a really smart idea.

Think about it: if you wanna practice driving or 250+ yard approaches, go to the driving range and use a launch monitor.

The most important part of the game is approach. Setting up some bunkers, 100+ yard shots with hazards, his kid can practice the short game which is where most shot reduction takes place. I’ve heard of kids practicing chipping by chipping around the house with goals to increase the accuracy, like edge of the yard, within a yard of a tree, etc.

I know it’s expensive, but compared to taking his kid to the course every day?

Wow that is nice. What’s a green like that cost to install and to maintain?

What are those three circles in a row? Can’t be tee boxes but what else could they be?

That solar panel setup is pretty impressive too. This is for a home?
