Slice problem

I have a severe slice with my driver where everything goes to the right. With my irons I am able to hit them relatively straight. I feel this issue with the driver is holding me back. Please help I’m new to golf and want to get better anything would be appreciated.

I had the same issue. I found I needed to turn my wrist over through impact. Try exaggerating it at first and hit hooks then easy your way through. Check out videos talking about releasing the club and allowing the forearms to roll over

First off, pretty solid looking swing, great width.

First thing is to try fix that face which is open. Easiest way to fix this is during the takeaway, which is from setup to when the club is parallel to the ground. What you want is the club face to match your spine angle. Right now, the club face is vertical. To start off, practice the extreme opposite to get a feel for it. Try get the face to be completely horizontal or perpendicular to the ground at the point in which the club is parallel to the group. See how that affects the path, then adjust to somewhere in the middle.

This is an extremely crucial part of the swing and why you’ll see so many pros practicing this and even have it as part of their pre shot routine.
