Any truth to the idea that beef/bison is better for gains than chicken?
Hey jason your diet goes very long so far and very slow…i know as a natty you should not diet to fast but you are in the 205 range for 4 mounts now….maybe you should cut 2 kgs then go on a " lean bulk " to gain new Muscle what makes dieting easier becouse more muscle burning more fat
