Rice made 2 or 3 fauls building up to that 2nd yellow card. His inner mistake counter was of the mark. He was not at a point where he could get away with a "letter of the law" yellow. Had it happened 10 min past his first yellow, i'd be fuming. But he should have known he was on the limit.

Yes name all them instances where players knock the ball away and arent booked, but in none of them will there be a situation where a player is rolling around on the deck and a huddle of players around the referee, Rice feigning injury escalated a nothing incident which would normally have just been a ticking off for Rice and being told to move 10 yards
Amazing Kenny watches football all the time .. but believes it was the letter of the applied – the ball was moving and kicked towards Rice – it’s NOT active at the point … therefore anything after was not part or should be considered as being a “foul” – the officiating was friggin awful or worse a level of bias..

The ball was kicked into rice and therefore rolling. This is what the ref didn't see as he had his back turned. That was the first offence
