The Marriott Forest of Arden Golf Course Hole by Hole Review – Arden Championship Golf Vlog 2019
Forest of Arden, Arden Championship course was our latest golf course review thanks to Golf Tours International and what a course it is!
One that Phill has wanted to play throughout his amateur and pro career, and one that I’ve only recently heard of but will be back, 100%!
We were here to play the course from the point of view of a golfing holiday/society day. What would we want to know about the course prior to booking.
Here’s a few of the things we’ve covered:
What’s the starter hole like in terms of organisation.
How tough is it.
Can it cater for all levels of golfer.
#HowManyBalls do you need to take?
Where’s the Instagrammable holes? Of course.
Hopefully in our golf course review and match between Phill and I we’ve covered all of those questions and more. If we haven’t comment below!
The course was an inspiration in two halves. First half was how can I keep it going and plot my way around. Back nine was a little more forgiving, with plenty of water to avoid, but some open tee shots and the chance to get some holes back in our match.
We had a great day and would highly recommend visiting as a four ball or even a society. Here’s some of the great deals from Golf Tours International, be sure to check them out here: https://www.golftoursinternational.co.uk/gb-ireland/england/forest-of-arden-golf-resort/

Not really a hole by hole review which I was looking for as the title suggests. Still not bad and watched all of it.
