This is called ‘the bickler’ training aid

This is an easy to use tool to help keep the left wrist in place and to prevent it from flicking too much during your stroke
.
It is really easy to use, easy to store and carry around with you while being very durable
.
I didn’t actually feel too much of a difference when I was using it compared to normal but looking back at my form on camera I can actually see a clear improvement in my stroke
.
There are many training aids to help with preventing too much wrist movement but this one I would say is up there with the best
.
Having ‘quiet’ wrists is one of the key components to holing more putts but can be difficult to feel or perform properly
.
(The reason why a lot of people putt much better with armlocks
.
The only downside I would say to this is that because of how it’s designed you do have to grip over the top of it where is sticks out a lot or you have to grip quite far down on the grip which can be a bit uncomfortable
.
