  1. 44:44 nah I weigh 116 yes so fucken light I’m 5’5 never benched my body weight cause so light I start with 135 then 185 and so on the most I’ve done was 235 at 130 bw being short helps but fml need to get back to where I was

  5. I like how Chris Heria thought he cut you off when you said something and he apologized and said 'Sorry I didn't mean to cut you off', says something about a person. Level of respect. People who notice these things during a simple converation deserve the same respect in return.

  6. This video changed my life….lol Na for real. I thought powerlifting was just pushing yourself harder. I've never waited more than 5 minutes between sets in my life !…. Well at least not in the past decade and a half. Instead I've been working myself into CNSF over and again without even realizing it. I watched this video yesterday afternoon and worked out this morning. Took my time between sets and hit 265 on the bench without a spotter for the 1st time in about 6 months. Got 120 curl and skull crusher too. Actually 2 separate reps of 120 curls. 1 inner and 1 outer grip w/ a standard curling bar. I'm 43yrs old 5'11 weigh about 180. Had a busy year doing abuncha of level ups around the property here. Gettin back to training more now. I've made some adjustments based on the discussion you had in this video. That are already making a world of difference. Good Loox Bruh !
    I know those reps won't really count until I get them on video. I should get a little more next time anyway. I'll make sure I go live for it in a couple of weeks. My meniscus is healing from a nasty slam against a massive oak tree trunk a few months ago. In my backyard while I was on the climbing rope. So I'm not working legs too tough until next year. I am working on planche progressions too tho. I'm down to the black resistance band holds around the feet. I did 27.5 dumbbells locked arm holds str8 out for 4 secs. 22.5 dumbbells for 18secs this morning too. It was the end of my session. That'll be live next time.
