Oh my God!…..what a stunningly designed course…..What an absolute Greg Norman GEM!!………Toss a coin between It and Bonneville in Northern NSW… My preference, even though I have never played it is, Brookwater…ONLY because of the natural bush setting compared to the ex plantation forest that Bonneville was stunningly carved out of…….I have played Bonneville 24 times.
Greg is a brilliant course designer!……….He uses the natural terrain and environment tapestry almost as well as Dr Alistair Mackenzie did…. and Mackenzie is my absolute favorite minimalist golf course designer …bar GOD!
The terrain determines the layout of the hole…That is why Norman produces courses that require imagination, wise decisions great distance control and very good shot shaping in both directions
BTW does the course remind you of anywhere Mirror?…..Mate if it takes you more than 5-10 secs to get the answer…Shame on you!!! …LOL
