My favorite Oriole of that era
No way this video should be this long. 23 seconds would more then enough to cover this dudes best. Worst base runner ever.
So much of his career was played in an empty stadium. He was one of my favorite players
God, I loved listening to Gary Thorne call an O's game.
i was so bummed when he went to atlanta, was my favorite player and one I thought would retire an oriole.
Our best defensive rightfielder in the Camden Yards era of Orioles baseball.
WOO HOO HALL OF FAMER NICK MARKAKIS OUR GREATEST HOME 🏠 RUN 🏃♀️ LEGEND ⚾️
AS GREAT AS OUR LEGEND CAL RIPKEN JR ⚾️
Nick Markakis and Terry Crowley were two hitters that were very clutch and never got the credit they deserve from fans outside of Baltimore. Its so fitting that two of the most underrated players in franchise history are getting inducted into the Orioles Hall of Fame on the same night.
Good playwr on a horrible team for a decade
Thank you Nick
Back when we had great radio announcers
I miss you Nick!!! 😢❤
Back in 2008 I caught a homerun ball from him near Eutah Street at 13 years old. Just happened to walk over there for food. Still have the ball. Plus, it’s a Yankees stadium commemorative ball
I’ll be wearing my markakis shirt to work tomorrow. Loved having him over there in right field!
1:58 that snap into HD is like putting my glasses on in the morning
This really needed the image of Nick when he realized he was going to the post season for the first time. Gives me chills thinking about it.
That’s my legend! One of my favorite orioles. I loved going to the games and watch him play. Greats memories
Him and Moose leaving really do pull at my strings.
Miss Gary Thorne
