I’m excited to share something I’ve been working on for a few months now. One of the things I’m most passionate about is swing mechanics. As a young kid growing up in Albuquerque I was surrounded by older players who constantly pushed me. I also had great coaches that taught me the fundamentals of the swing which I have worked to improve over the years.
Starting today, players 17 and under (softball or baseball) with parent approval can visit and upload a video of your swing – I will do the best I can to review as many swings I can – I am going to share with you what has helped me improve my swing as a major league baseball player. Your swing must be submitted by your parent and with their approval. Every week we’ll post a summary video of me reviewing a set of swings we chosen through a third-party random generator.

How it Works
Get an MLB Swing Mechanics Breakdown of your Swing from Silver Slugger Alex Bregman.

▶Alex Bregman will randomly select several swings to review each week – teaching players proper swing mechanics and explain the breakdown of a
proper swing.
