I wanted to argue today but Alfredo can't handle the smoke.
I've done 4 drafts already and the closest I came was 5th overall. I'm still going to do a couple on Yahoo so hopefully I get 1st overall at least once. Who would you pick? Thanks

If JavonteWillians stays healthy he is going to have a great year and is having a great camp and looks like he did his rookie season. I'm saying he will be in the top 15 for rbs this year. Write it down that I said this. Lol

Achane's efficiency was nowhere close late in the season to where it was before he got injured.
He and Mostert are BOTH injury liabilities, Wright is now going to be in the mix and, finally, it is more than a bit likely that Miami's defense is worse and the Dolphin offense will be throwing more.
Ekeler especially, but also Brian Robinson BOTH ahead of Tyjae Spears is laughable. Ekeler has been propped up forever by his pass receiving numbers and I seriously doubt he gets anywhere near the volume of dump-off throws in this offense with a rookie QB that is so likely to do it himself by running.
On top of that it is likely he is just cashed out, done, athletically.
I am a big fan of Dave Canales, and I get that the Panthers drafted Brooks hoping he will be their rb1.
But the guy had the equivalence of ONE season of college production over three years and it was really like eight games over his last season against what are ALWAYS questionable, at best, conference defenses.
It's not like he has high-end measureables for the position, either.
The guy you disparaged a bit on the other hand, Rachaad White, is bigger and had a historically high RAS testing profile coming out of college.
I'm nowhere near hating on the guy, just pumping the brakes a bit.

Achane is such an obvious regression candidate, people are crazy to draft him in the second round. Mostert still has a role and Wright is a good back who will get chances. Achane’s efficiency is not sustainable and he only projects for a modest increase in volume. In order to justify his ADP Achane would need to have a Rachaad White type role.
White is being drafted as an RB2 but the Raiders will be a bottom offense with Minshu at QB and Adams starting the season at 31 years old. The Raiders won’t have many positive game scripts, they have a brutal first four games.. White would be ok as a flex but depending on him as an RB2 is very very risky. White isn’t guaranteed to have a workhorse role, if the Raiders plan to run run run as an offense it will have to be a platoon.
Aaron Jones is toast with the Vikings QB situation. The Vikings will need a healthy dose of Chandler along with Jones if they’re going to be a successful offense running the ball, and Chandler as the younger back could run away with the job if Jones struggles.
