If you sway in your back swing, or reverse tilt your upper body at the top of your swing, the Back Swing Post Up Drill is for You!

Put all your weight on your back leg, by lifting your forward leg, and then swing back to the top of your swing. You’ll be forced to post up in a structurally stable position.
