We could really do without the swooshes to cut in graphics, distracting as hell and adds very little. Love the show guys!
Always been a fan of you guys for 3 years I watched your my favorite guys I listen to
Vikings gonna be a surprise team. This division is tough for sure tho! ONLY reason Vikings weren’t a playoff team last year was bc of massive injuries to their best players. Playing 4 different QB’s
Is Sam missing his front teeth?
Sam I was looking forward to you being on with Andy Herman talking Packers again this year, but after this travesty where you pick the Bears ahead of the Packers, you've been blacklisted.
Not sure how u can “punt on the Vikings offense” when they are loaded with talent. We know Darnold is a wild card, but the reality is that a ton of QB’s could succeed with this supporting cast. 7wins is the floor
I subscribed, now don’t disappoint me . Tell me how my Lions dominate again this year.
Vikings need to bring back Nick mullens
One Pride!
Dan Campbell/Lions can win the division easy if Dan would just let his kicker go out on the field once in a while to kick field goals. His 4th down decisions are absurd. It’s ok to go on 4th once in a while but man when you go on 4th as much as he does, potentially kills his team’s chances of winning and it’s a slow killer to a team’s confidence in the becoming a winning team mentality.
I'll say this, I watched you guys a lot at pff, but never subscribed… I am subscribed to CTM. It's a great show, guys. I'm looking forward to the dedicated Det ep!
Packers have they most overrated receiving group of all time. The only teams that had a lead receiver with less yards were the Giants, the Broncos and the Patriots. The Packers are the only ones who stood pat with their receivers and quarterback.
Whoa…doppelgängers….
Lions have 2 good players on DE but can Davonport play even half a season healthy??
Reader Inury concerns too
As for Darnold the question is what version are Vikings getting, has talent but under duress he can be INT happy
Other question hes had 28th -31st worst O line his whole career, poor receiving core
Exception ( 1 1/2 gms LY) with SF 18th ? Great weapons
This year probably best Oline overall, great weapons
So how is Darnold with no QB pressure, vs being pressured?
Does his record show him making less INT without duress?
Vikings could be the team in this division with top 10 defence & 10 ten offence…..thinking Viking are being undersold
Damm all the legacy NFL podcasts got blown up what the hell.
Is this moron number one?
Put moron number two on the phone!
The Rebirth of the Lions has finally happened. Also 85% of the defensive snaps played were against starting QB's. Way above league average
Really good div, should be fun. Bears fan here, but I would agree with Steve on the standings. Watch out for that Bears D though, especially if they sign another pass rusher.
They checked the mics before this episode!
Packers dominated the Ravens in joint practice today on offense and defense.
Packers 13-4 NFC N champions and SB Champions
Love=MVP and SB MVP
One thing about that bad stretch for Goff that wasn't talked about was that it was also the 3-4 game stretch our Center, Ragnow, was injured. And in that stretch, Goff had no time to throw. Ragnow is the actual lynchpin of our offense.
Just gonna say bears o line is absolutely a problem guys. Williams was running for his life like every play against 3rd stringers last preseason game.
I still feel like there’s remnant of “they can win because they’re the lions” throughout the media. You can bring up the secondary or the lack of second pass rusher but let’s not forget they made it to the nfc championship and should have won without either of those things and they had already beat the Chiefs.
McCarthy looked good against the Raiders' backups and so he was an exciting possibility to lead the Vikings this year? C'mon
Sam is always wrong! His nfcn standing is TOXIC WORK!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
1 Packers 12-5
2 Lions 12-5
3 Bears 8-9
4 Vikings 6-11
Stupid packers hater
It’ll come down to Lions/ Packers for division
Bald guys logic is incredibly flawed
I just don't get it. People never believe in the Packers. How many years do we have to overachieve before you start to believe? Every year we had 13+ wins and the excuse was always we have Aaron Rodgers. Then Rodgers left and we made a deep playoff run with Love. Maybe Matt LaFleur is a great coach. Maybe Jordan Love is a fantastic and developed talent. Maybe our WR corps is one of the best in the NFL. On and on. Sure, our Defense is a question mark, but it's loaded with talent. Eric Stokes is coming back and is looking good. IMO Jeff Hafley will turn out to be a better DC. The Bears are constantly overrated. The media seemingly are like the Bears where they never met a Rookie QB they didn't Love. Even STUD QB talents struggle early, so why pick the Bears? I get the Lions over the Packers, I just don't agree with it. The Lions are getting older, and we're still plenty young but gaining experience. The Lions keep picking short-term low-value positions. We have long-term high-value positions. Our arrow is up and the Lions's arrow is down.
Great analysis guys!
Bears 12-5
Packers 11-6
Lions 10-7
Vikings 6-11
Swift is not very tuff they will need a better rb
Everyone is forgetting Josh Jacobs is on the Packers. If he is closer to 2022 than 2023, the sky is the limit. He is going to seeing lighter boxes, have better blocking from the WRs and have a much more creative scheme than he has ever had. He might be great in Green Bay.
As a numbers guy, I do get the caution for GB. All three of the last Defensive Coordinators have under performed, and it is a small data size for Love. As a GB fan though, beating the Chiefs, Lions, and smashing the cowboys was all I needed to see. I buy in to Love and this young team (so long as we don't see the 49ers in the playoffs)
As a Lions fan I think Jay Cutler waa good . He was not great but he was good.
