Competitive golfers and friends of the game need to watch this special edition of The Notebook. On May 18 the United States Golf Association – USGA announced that the two Mid-Am and two Senior Amateurs would be cancelled, leaving just”the big four” events to be played in 2020. We thought amateur golfers would want to learn about the decision process, and the immediate and long-term future of golf from it’s governing body directly.
