Cedar Creek is no ordinary golf course! This unique golf gem is tucked away in the San Antonio Hill Country, but easily reachable from all parts of the city. Cedar Creek opened in 1989 and hosts the San Antonio Open every year as well as a local qualifier for the US Open!

If you are looking for a true hill country golf course, it will certainly accommodate. Rolling hills and beautiful vistas make playing this course a memorable and challenging experience.

The dramatic elevation changes and doglegs make for a unique layout and in turn four different tee boxes for all skill levels are offered at each hole, making the course range 5500 to 7100 yards.

Watch out on the greens as they are as firm as they are fast. Every green at Cedar Creek features at least two tiers, so pay attention to the flag locations. If you end up on the wrong side of the green, you might be begging for a two-putt.

Don’t worry if you shoot a couple strokes above your handicap because most golfers do. Accept the challenge that is Cedar Creek and don’t forget to take a moment to enjoy the hill country vistas.
