Raonic is older and slower but his serve is still huge.
Rotterdam had lots of great serving as expected, but also a palpable tension hanging in the stiller air compared to the outdoor 250 tournies. The added pressure of a 500 made it more serious. Roanoke, FAA, & Spores delivered a deluge against browbeaten opponents hanging onto the Rotterdykes for dear life. The Muse was particularly disappointing with less than inspired game today. Despite nabbing the first set, he was overall slow out of the corners, served poorly, & just seemed sluggish against an innervated Shriekspore playing on home turf. Arnaldi fared much better in Delray.
Prizmic is gonna be a monster. These losses are a part of the journey.

I know there are a lot of players who grunt, but FAA's is the ugliest, most annoying of them all.
I love Cressy playing serve and volley, but invariably when he isn't passed coming in, his first volley is always returnable. It seems to get better results he needs more of a kill shot earlier in the point.

Never count Tallon ballon d’or Griekspoor out. His shots look like shit and Musetti is lightyears apart from the stocky-built Dutch talent wise but hey it’s not about talent, not about flair but about the game. Griekspoor is a giant in the mental department never saying die while displaying excellent tennis intelligence alongside his mental fortitude worth the awe.
