What was your favourite Christian Cullen moment? 🤔🏉
Cully will always be the GOAT for me
My favourite player of all time… and it's multi directional Cully had Marshy, Shaun Johnson was the same – the former Australian Sprint coach Roger Fabri gives a good analysis on it
Cully! The greatest ever.
Not sure if anyone else has mentioned …. The Central Vikings. Somewhere in the back of my memory banks they were like a breakaway team full of top players that didn't want to play for Wellington or Taranaki. Cully played for them and was amasing. Think they were leading the NPC until someone delved deep and found they hadn't paid their fees or registered correctly ?? and got dropped ? Just thought Cully may have mentioned this as part of his history .
Oh man, there’s a stat about that hurricanes team…that they could win with only 10percent ball, that’s how stacked that backline was. Best super rugby backline ever. 😂
TIME STAMPS PLEASE????????
Some former players legend grows bigger each year. It's like the old fisherman story of the one that got away. Current All Black Caleb Clarke has shown damaging runs and bumping off like Lomu. Wingers don't seem to cement their selection like before though, it seems there is a revolving door on Winger selections now. Exception being Will Jordan.
Really enjoying this format of podcast, listening to the stories as they relate to games I remember watching. Cully, what an absolute AB great, love the way Marshy and Jeremy interact with the guests and bring in their own stuff. Andy, you're doing a great job the way you set up the stories with your questioning mate.
THis was Awesome
Thanx cristian. Golf yer'
Road up the hill end up wairarapa.
Haha short arms bro'
Yer dont get many can run like that guy.
To this day no full back has come close to the attacking threat Christian Cullen was. The time from 1996-2000 he was almost untouchable, with the ability to sprint at full pace and step off both feet and so strong as well. Truly a legend of the game.
Greetings from Wales. Every time I pick an all time XV, Cullen is my fullback. He was sublime.
Is Justin drunk, AGAIN
GOAT
my Nephew is named Christian after Cully.
Great interview. In our household we were massive Cully fans. What a fantastic player, and always so much fun to hear the stories about the great 96 AB team and the legend that is Jonah Lomu.
Christian Cullen 🫡
Cullen the best
Greatest All Black fullback ever
Loved seeing Cully play, the GOAT fullback. loved this podcast but feel it hasn't even scratched the surface of Christian Cullen.
No mention of Cheslin Colby?
For me arguably the best backline player playing today
