Toed this a little and hit it a bit short. My thoughts are that the transition is poor and the tempo is overall a little rushed.

Ps. We’re renovating our course and have begun to kill the grass, that’s why it looks so awful.

It looks like your lower body is moving a little too much for a punch wedge shot, work on keeping the weight on the front side for the majority of the swing, but don’t go away from what your doing too much because this is a pure move! Next time you go to the range try and shorten your follow through, like Tommy fleetwood. Will let you get the feeling of rly compressing the ball which is super important for these flighted shots
