The 5:15 statement is wrong. The cause of all the bad golf worldwide and even in the professional ranks. You do not "Square" your club face on a full swing, with irons. There are way too many things that can go wrong.
this type of shot used to be a novelty shot to get a balata (soft)ball to check up and spin back on the green. mainly for 7 irons and in. How it got to be the standard golf swing is a mystery.
The Iron's clubhead must release at the bottom of the swing, with the club's hosel hitting the grass first. Keep the club face open on the takeaway, at the top of the swing, and impact the ball with a vortex release of the club head. It is the swing trajectory that guides the flight of the ball and of course slight balance issues.
There is the grip, and the clearing of the hips but good golfers will figure it out. Trust me. Be a great golfer daily.

OMG, he is pointing out exactly the issue most apparent. Fixing this will not be easy. You will have to go backward before you can get back on track. Impressed that you have started the journey with a coach. You are so talented that you have been able to overcome the main problem. I play keeping weight on my right heel to left heel. To do this I stick my butt out more at the address. This forces my weight to my heels to start and complete the swing. I stay off my toes during the downswing.

Typical problem with all golfers. They hang their arms and there are two planes. When you complete a golf swing your arms are fully extended. If you are standing that close to the ball you have no choice but stand up so your club doesn’t slam into the ground. It’s a spacial problem.
