   Good to see the regular crew back together. I'd love to see Ed and Jim place some pressure on the league to proceed with Tassie's AFL admission while delaying the stadium build. With Tassie's economy circling the bowl it feels unlikely the stadium will proceed within the time frames involved. It is grossly unfair of the AFL to say yes conditional to a stadium build when the world was coming out of a pandemic with all its related economic hardship. Whoop de woo if a few years are spent playing outdoors when there are regular outdoor games played there already.

   It was a fair bump and legal action, he didn't lift his feet or hit him high, the only problem is that Izak hit his head on the floor and that's what concussed him, in the video you can see his eyes were fine and open until he hit the ground. Also, Dan has never been reported before, he is a fair player, there was no malice he just stood his ground as Izak was running into him. It would be play on in the 90s, but because someone was sent off with a concussion it should get 1-2 weeks, 3 max, so he has a chance to play the grand final. That was a legitimate act and he had little time to change his mind, it was in play and not off the ball, it doesn't deserve 4+ weeks.

   The afl won’t come out and tell anyone how they want the game to be played and where they’re going because they know fans will be off it and not watch/go.

   They’re slowly doing it to indoctrinate the public slowly.

   No shirt fronting, bumping in the side is fine, pretty simple, last touch between the arcs, no rushing if you have possession (like a fumble is ok, but a deliberate kick/handball over is a free against).

    The ball was sandwiched between Houston and Rankine, which may have added to impact.
    No head, feet planted, ball in play, no free awarded, unfortunate concusion.
    Fogarty tunnelling Jones was far more dangerous but no interest from the Crow pandering Adelaide media.

    Dunno if pouring millions into stadiums/hosting sporting events like the gran prix/Commonwealth games ect gets U a financial return. What will though is manufacturing & exporting your goods to the 4 corners of the globe. Ask the once poor but now rich Chinese if it's worked for them.. lol

    I lived in France for a time, the French are as sports made as Australians, there was never any doubt they would put on a good show. For all these great ideas to be adopted you need politicians with IQ's in double digits future thinkers , all we have are yes men and women. Look no further than the draconian AUKUS deal. Sports psychology is so important. Your dream materalised Eddie, 110,000+ members, a massive following Army that travels all over the country every week to watch the Pies play, whether we are 13th on the ladder or 2nd.
