I believe it is quite possible that he spent his entire life as female without knowing, and I believe he has trained very hard his entire life to compete as an olympian. I will not disregard his efforts and dedication to his sport. He was just simply placed in the wrong sport category.

The suggestion is, she has a Y chromosome and is therefore a he, with all the physical advantages that entails. if this is the case, he needs to address this point medically and give back his gold medal because it was won under false pretences.
