    Congratulations Nadeem.
    In 2020 Tokyo Olympics,22 years Nadeem was fifth with throw of 84.62 Metres.At that time I have mentioned that instead of weightlifting,Nadeem should do Push ups,Beam/Single Bar,Rope Exercises like Army and should take training
    from Army PT instructor.
    In Paris Olympic 2024 Excellent performance from Nadeem.
    Nadeem has one more Olympic.
    Nadeem should also join Pakistan Army Sports wing as Subedar.Because to win next gold medal he requires a disciplined life.
    Pakistan has always produced top sports players like Sprinter Subedar Abdul Khaliq, Jahangir Khan , Jansher Khan , Topmost hockey and cricket players.
    Now due to Nadeem's glorious performance,there will be a high tide in Pakistan Sports.
    Again we will see the glorious days of hockey and cricket.
    Again we will see players like Akhtar Rasool, Salimullah,Kalimullah,Hasan Sardar,Islauddin,Rashid,Salim Sherwani,Shahbaz,Sohail Abbas, Tanvir Dar,Zaheer Abbas, Asif Iqbal, Sarfaraz, Imran Khan, Javed Miandad, Akram etc.
    Nadeem will bring back old days of Pakistan Sports.
    Pakistan government and Pakistan Army should take care of Nadeem for next 4 years.
