Redesigning our International Boutique Hotel π¨ in Secret Beach Belize!
We are a couple from the states who specialize in Short Term Rentals, and we have amassed a multi-million dollar portfolio. We are now scaling our knowledge into boutique hotels, but especially into international real estate in the country of Belize. Ambergris Caye is the number tourist destination of all of Belize, and Secret Beach is the number attraction of the island. With new hotels such as Margaritaville, Marriott, Hilton, and the Four Seasons already established in Belize within the last few years, we know that it is the next Tulum and Cancun. let’s not mention that the luxury brand Six Senses is being built this year at Secret Beach further confirms our feasibility studies.
Our architects ANCA have done a wonderful job designing our dream business in the Carribean.
That being said, we have designed a beautiful Beach hotel. The only problem is that now we have to redesign it. In this video, we show talk about the approach in design and architecture.
