  2. 2 great cardio activities that allow you to do tons of walking are disc golf and golf. I am an avid disc golfer and it causes you to keep fluid movement with throwing while walking about 2+ miles in a round. Some rounds on big courses can be 7+ miles and require you hike hundreds of feet in elevation.

  4. He’s a fitness influencer. It’s not that HE fell off, it’s that a lot of people don’t have enough discipline to get after it after their discipline stage. I’m sure a lot of people watched his vids cause they’d use it as a motivator. Once they stop working out, they don’t watch workout vids anymore.

  6. I think gaining that much muscle that fast is dangerous. He caused irreparable damage to his skin from stretch marks and acne scars, in his 40s hes gonna have skin like a 60 year old and insides like an 80 year old. If ever stops lifting hes gonna shrink as gracefully as a raisin. These guys dont think about the future of steroids. Its all about right now

  7. i ride a bicycle for my cardio. i do hiking and walking. riding a bike for 2 hours burns 1400-1600 calories for me.

  15. Running is my favorite now and I used to hate it as a kid, lol. Now I get these amazing endorphins and it gets me high almost! It has helped my depression and anxiety so much to the point I really don't have many issues with my bipolar 1 disorder. You need to do cardio, your mind and body will thank you!! ❤😊
