  1. The first time I felt the need to comment. The work out was cool but your commentary is the BEST! When has there ever been satisfaction without Discipline and conditioning? Just compare a lucky put with crushing a 4iron you've been working on all week. Both are good, but still no comparison! Keep up the good work and God bless!

  3. I have been working with alot of people on fitness for golf and alot of my pga, kornferry, and long drive guys/girls are using just resistance bands outside of the gym! Might be right up your alley. Would love to talk to you about it!

  4. Not a fitness trainer, but I would say less donkey kick for jump rope and from side view, it appears your elbows are flared during your pushups.

  6. Ayee we shoot the same arrows! 🦌 Really enjoyed this video and advocating for physical/mental health and pushing yourself. Obviously like the golf content, but would love to see more day in the life videos like these! I never comment on YT but this video made me feel a lot more connected as a viewer than just watching the boys play golf on prestigious courses and whatnot. Maybe some more archery/hunting content in the future? Keep it up!💪

  7. Micah, a couple tips.

    You shouldn’t have that much knee bend on jump rope. Should be mostly toes calves.

    The best further limits your range of motion on push ups. Add push up bars to get it back.

  9. How about a link for where to get that sledgehammer? I assume its rubber you hitting your floor like that. And I 2nd that archery comment below. Would be cool to see one of those videos put out

  10. Smart workout. Been in and out of the gym for 40 years now I've seen a lot of wasted time and useless working out. Pushing weigh has its place but explore other things guys. The most beneficial "working out" I've ever done was when I was regularly doing yoga (gotta get back!). The mobility and strength I gained from it helped me in some many other areas of my life it was incredible.
