    The golf swing can be basically boiled down to turning _about your spine axis_ with some arm movement up in the backswing, then down.

    The spine axis should stay relatively centered about the swing until impact, and can be tilted slightly away from the target. Yours comes off of the ball and tilts forward, and then stays behind it.

    I think your problem is a reverse pivot. Basically the hips should always be in line or in front of the shoulders, but yours get behind in the backswing. The filming angle isn’t helpful though.
